電(dian)滲(shen)析回(hui)收酸堿設(she)備使用(yong)註(zhu)意(yi)事項(xiang)
(1)硫酸鈣沈澱硫酸鈣沈澱不(bu)易清(qing)除(chu),所以采(cai)用(yong)的濃(nong)縮(suo)倍率(lv)不(bu)應(ying)使濃(nong)水(shui)中(zhong)的硫酸鈣的離子(zi)積(ji)超過(guo)其濃(nong)度(du)積(ji)所確定的數值(zhi)。超(chao)過(guo)此值(zhi)時(shi),應(ying)降低(di)濃(nong)縮(suo)倍率(lv)或投(tou)加(jia)隱(yin)蔽劑(ji)如六(liu)偏(pian)磷酸鈉等(deng)。
(2)水(shui)垢沈澱(dian)濃(nong)水(shui)循環使得(de)濃(nong)水(shui)的離子(zi)質(zhi)量分數大為增高(gao),從(cong)而(er)增加(jia)碳(tan)酸鹽水垢沈澱(dian)的可能(neng)性,為了防止(zhi)這種(zhong)沈澱,通常采(cai)用(yong)在(zai)濃(nong)水(shui)系統(tong)中(zhong)加酸的辦法(fa)使(shi)沈澱物溶(rong)解,國(guo)內(nei)壹(yi)般加鹽(yan)酸,使濃(nong)水(shui)的pH值(zhi)在(zai)3.O~4.0之間,pH值(zhi)小(xiao)於(yu)3,電(dian)流效(xiao)率(lv)將(jiang)明顯降低(di)。國外(wai)在(zai)濃(nong)水(shui)循環系統(tong)中(zhong)則(ze)經(jing)常(chang)加(jia)硫酸,使濃(nong)水(shui)的pH值(zhi)維(wei)持在(zai)4~6之間。
(3)濃(nong)縮(suo)倍率(lv)濃(nong)水(shui)循環工藝(yi)的關鍵(jian)是正(zheng)確控(kong)制濃(nong)縮(suo)倍率(lv)即(ji)濃(nong)水(shui)濃(nong)度(du)與原(yuan)水(shui)濃(nong)度(du)之比。隨(sui)著(zhe)濃(nong)水(shui)濃(nong)度(du)的增高(gao),濃(nong)水(shui)和(he)淡水(shui)之間的濃(nong)度(du)差增大了(le),電(dian)滲(shen)析設(she)備膜的選擇透過性(xing)降低(di),鹽的反擴散和(he)水(shui)的電(dian)滲(shen)透增長,亦即電(dian)流效(xiao)率(lv)下(xia)降,除(chu)鹽率(lv)降低(di),甚至(zhi)會(hui)造成沈澱。影(ying)響(xiang)濃(nong)縮(suo)比的因素(su)很多,如原(yuan)水(shui)含(han)鹽(yan)量,水的離子(zi)組(zu)分,pH值(zhi)及離子(zi)交(jiao)換膜的性能(neng)等(deng)。含(han)鹽(yan)量高(gao)、硬(ying)度(du)、堿度(du)較高(gao)的原(yuan)水(shui),濃(nong)縮(suo)倍率(lv)要控制(zhi)得(de)低(di)壹些,對(dui)於(yu)不(bu)同的原(yuan)水(shui)水(shui)質(zhi)和(he)膜(mo),應(ying)當(dang)通過試(shi)驗確定。
電(dian)滲(shen)析回(hui)收酸堿設(she)備根據(ju)有機(ji)酸的電(dian)離和(he)離解(jie)度(du)小(xiao)的特性(xing),可(ke)用(yong)雙(shuang)極(ji)膜(mo)電(dian)滲(shen)析器直(zhi)接(jie)將(jiang)有機(ji)酸鹽轉化為有機(ji)酸。如葡萄糖(tang)酸、乳酸、檸檬酸、氨(an)基(ji)酸、酒(jiu)石(shi)酸、醋酸、IDA、等(deng)。反(fan)應(ying)式(shi):RNa+H2O=RH+NaOH,雙極(ji)膜(mo)過程無廢(fei)水排(pai)放(fang),並(bing)且(qie)副(fu)產(chan)物NaOH還(hai)可以(yi)循環用(yong)於(yu)發酵(jiao)過(guo)程。傳統(tong)法(fa):RNa經(jing)過氫型(xing)陽(yang)離子(zi)交(jiao)換樹,得(de)到RH,但樹脂(zhi)再(zai)生需(xu)耗(hao)費大量的酸堿,產(chan)生大量的含(han)鹽(yan)有機(ji)廢(fei)水。
